You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline, opening doors and closing deals with SME business owners. Our sales cycle is fast, commercial and highly rewarding for people who can generate opportunity and convert it. If you thrive on prospecting, pitching and closing, you will do extremely well here. What You'll Be Doing Self-generating new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals and outreach Owning the end-to-end short sales cycle from prospecting to close Meeting SME business owners and presenting Peninsula's advisory solutions Building and managing a high-value pipeline through Salesforce Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a performance driven environment What Success Looks Like? Top performers in this role typically: Generate 15 meetings per week through their own prospecting Maintain a high activity rhythm of calls, meetings and referrals Build strong pipeline and close deals within a short sales cycle Consistently exceed monthly revenue targets Who Thrives Here?
